Yeah, you're totally wrong about Scrabble. You're just sad because everyone knows that if you play you might have a guess on your turn.

Also, I think Twister should be on a Top 10 Most Awesome Games Ever list... with pretty much the exact same description you wrote. Kids game turned into orgy-fest? Win-win. Unless the kids are still playing. Then that's a bit awkward.

I'm going to have to disagree with some of this. First of all, several of the games you mention are not actually board games. Second, a lot of the reasons you list for why they are so horrible are exactly why other people love them.

Jenga is awesome. It is fun and perfect for people with short attention spans. As far as building something just to demolish it, who doesn't like tearing down stuff? I know I do. Plus, you are only trying to do as little damage as possible so that you can watch someone else completely destroy it, lose the game, and finish their drink.... depending on the version.

Did the guy who made Twister really intend for it to only catch on with kids? I know I played Twister a bit in college, and it's still fun. Yes, some horny teenagers may use it in a way that it is not intended for. So what? If not for this non-board game, many a shy teenager may never make it to second base.

Scrabble is fun... unless you're stupid.

As for the rest of them, you're right. They suck.
